Job Role

Aggie is our Executive Coach and Inclusion Consultant for all of ted Learning Group.  She supports us in delivering inclusion training, providing executive coaching for groups and individuals and working across our business to develop products that support business in being more inclusive.

Aggie works with our Leadership Team and Board in making sure everything we do and how we run our businesses is truly inclusive, delivering real equality.

Biog

Aggie has an extensive career in HR having worked for some major organisations in senior HR Roles and is currently Group People Director at Argent Foods.  She also runs her own consultancy business called Mahogany Inclusion Partners and is passionate about ensuring there is diversity of thought, people and process within organisations.
